Remote Property Manager

MS Kizzy Real Estate is hiring an experienced, AI-savvy Property Manager to join our team remotely. About the role This is a part-time, fully remote position (25–30 hours/week) with flexible scheduling.

You'll oversee property operations, tenant relations, and administrative workflows while leveraging AI tools to streamline how the work gets done. What you'll do Manage day-to-day operations across our property portfolio Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and scheduling Track leases, payments, and records; keep documentation organized Use AI tools to automate routine tasks, draft communications, and improve efficiency What we're looking for Proven, extensive experience in property management Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional setting Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment Comfortable working independently across time zones Details Location: Remote (open to all locations) Total hours: 25 hours/week Compensation: ~$600
