We are currently seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours
9:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, creating enriching experiences, and helping to build a warm and welcoming environment for children and their families.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment for all children
- Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences
- Observing children's interests and development, documenting progress, and planning activities that build on their learning
- Supporting children's physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and language development
- Supervising and engaging with children during meals and daily routines
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, guardians, and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate observations and records in line with programme requirements
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised environment in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations
What We’re Looking For
- QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education, or a qualification recognised by the DCEDIY
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Previous experience working in a Creche or Early Years setting
- First Aid training
- Manual Handling training
- Food Safety training
