Job Description Your goal will be to ensure that site manufacturing and support activities run without interruption, without any facility shortages and with 100% compliance to local legal regulations, quality, health, safety & environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment ( hardware & software ). How you will contribute Works cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic facilities road-map and annual operating plan that is a competitive advantage to Mondelēz.

Partners with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Establishes a strong governance structure to review and control operational performance and a continuous improvement plan to deliver best-in-class results. Leads and is accountable for the building maintenance program, facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.

Ensures adherence to the business continuity plan, manufacturing standards, and government regulations that are understood by all employees and service providers at the site and are regularly reviewed and monitored. Provides leadership and coaching to the Facilities team toward implementation of integrated Lean Six Sigma ways of working: zero breakdowns through preventive/predictive maintenance, technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams, PM (Progressive Maintenance) and CBM (condition‑based monitoring), visual controls, lubrication management, and equipment calibration. Models values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, building skills across the plant technical/engineering team and engaging with modern practices.

Builds a clear people succession and resource plan for the asset and technology population, identifying and implementing levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent. Interfaces with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to deliver company objectives and goals. What you will bring Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma, safety and GMP standards.

An engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, progressive maintenance, spare‑parts management, SAP PM module end‑user knowledge, and basic automation technologies. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team‑based environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and team‑building abilities.

More About This Role Essential responsibilities include equipment maintenance and reliability, root‑cause analysis, predictive maintenance technologies, data analysis, continuous improvement culture, regulatory compliance and safety, cross‑functional collaboration, training and development, performance metrics and KPIs, and other reliability engineering activities. Education / Certifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering). Job Specific Requirements SAP PM module experience is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word). Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or a related field. Travel Requirements No.

Work Schedule 1st shift, 6:45 am – 2:45 pm or daily (8:00 am – 4:00 pm / 7:00 am – 3:00 pm). Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700, depending on experience, skills, education and location. The position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program.
