Reliability Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to join our growing team. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our medical equipment, systems, and processes. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement reliability programs and strategies to improve the performance and availability of medical equipment and systems. - Conduct reliability assessments and identify potential areas for improvement. - Analyze equipment failure data and develop solutions to prevent future failures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Develop and maintain reliability metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends. - Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions. - Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams. - Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. - Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in reliability engineering to continuously improve processes and procedures.
