Reliability Engineer

Position: Reliability Engineer Location: Beaverton, OR Type: 12+ months Contract Job Description We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to support our consumer-facing web and mobile applications on a 12+ month contract basis. Responsibilities Managing and leading application reliability practices for consumer‑facing web and mobile experiences Working across teams to continuously analyze system performance in production, troubleshoot consumer‑reported issues, and identify areas in need of optimization Developing and driving real‑time monitoring solutions that provide visibility into site health and key performance indicators Managing IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering 1‑3 years of progressive experience in e‑commerce software applications Proficiency with Agile methodologies Experience with Java Experience with Splunk Experience with New Relic Experience with cloud computing, preferably Amazon AWS W2 employment only All applicant information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
