1.Agile Release Train (ART) Enablement

\n

\n
• Providea dedicated or fractional Release Train Engineerto supportone or more Agile Release Trains
\n
• Act asa servant leader and chief facilitatoracross multiple Agileteams
\n

\n

2. Planning & ExecutionFacilitation

\n

\n
• Supportalignment between business priorities, product management, architecture,and delivery teams
\n
• Proactivelysurface and escape delivery risks and systemic impediments
\n
• Partnerwith client leadership to resolve blockers impacting flow and outcomes
\n

\n

4. DeliveryTransparency & Reporting

\n

\n
• Establishand manage ART‑level delivery visibility(PI Objectives,Program Boards, metrics)
\n
• Provideclear reporting on progress, predictability, risks, and outcomes
\n
• Supportexecutive and stakeholder communication on delivery status
\n

\n

5. Coaching & ContinuousImprovement

\n

\n
• CoachScrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on scaled Agile practices
\n
• FacilitateInspect & Adapt outcomes and drive measurable improvements
\n
• Supportuplift of Agile maturity and ways of working

6. Engagement & OperatingModel
