Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee, plan, and manage the release of applications, infrastructure changes, and enhancements across multiple projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, process governance, risk management, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage application/software releases across multiple environments and teams.
Drive the end-to-end release lifecycle: from planning, build, deployment, testing, and delivery. Collaborate with Agile, QA, DevOps, Development, and Business teams to ensure release readiness. Establish and maintain release calendars, dashboards, and heat matrices to track release activities and risks.
Govern the release process using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, or equivalent. Ensure compliance with change management policies and maintain documentation for audits. Identify, assess, and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and conflicts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
