Neos is seeking a Release Engineer for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX. Hybrid – only candidates currently residing in the Austin, TX area will be considered. Position is hybrid onsite (days subject to hiring manager).
Responsibilities Reporting to a senior Release Engineer, you will coordinate releases across multiple environments, packaging, testing, and deploying releases. You will facilitate release planning and work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications 6+ years of experience working as a release engineer with hands‑on experience packaging, testing, and deployment of releases. 6+ years of release experience working with tools like Jenkins, Mavens, PowerShell, and GitHub. 3+ years of software testing experience.
Experience with defect management tools such as ALM, Jira, or ServiceNow. Experience with change management. Ability to handle multiple release tickets with competing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
