Location: Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra Company : Square Yards Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation : โน3.5 LPA โ โน5.5 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Incentives About the Role We are looking for motivated and target-driven sales professionals to join our Real Estate Sales team. The role involves handling company-provided leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, and closing sales. Work Schedule Working Hours: 9:30 AM โ 6:30 PM Wednesday to Friday (Office Days) Balewadi Office Calling and qualifying leads CRM updates and follow-ups Scheduling site visits Saturday & Sunday (Site Visit Days) Project Sites Conduct property tours Meet clients face-to-face Negotiate and close deals Monday & Tuesday โ Fixed Weekly Off Key Responsibilities Handle and convert company-generated leads Understand customer budgets and property requirements Maintain CRM and sales records accurately Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects Arrange and manage property site visits Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build strong customer relationships Eligibility Criteria โ๏ธ Graduate (Mandatory) โ๏ธ 6 Months to 6 Years of Sales Experience โ๏ธ Strong English and Hindi communication skills โ๏ธ Comfortable with field sales and weekend site visits โ๏ธ Ability to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines effectively Required Skills Excellent Communication Skills Sales & Negotiation Skills Strong Follow-up Ability Target-Oriented Mindset Objection Handling & Closing Skills CRM Management Growth & Benefits
