Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Rehab or NeuroNurse's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate care to patients and possess excellent clinical skills. As a Rehab or NeuroNurse at Pink Dot Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

• Two years of post-registration experience
• A minimum of one years in the care of the elderly

Preferred Criteria:

• OET or IELTS completed
• In the process of NMBI or has a Decision Letter

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills
