Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a portfolio of strategic and regulatory initiatives for a leading financial services client. This role will focus on driving high-quality requirements definition, stakeholder alignment and supporting execution across multiple concurrent programmes. You will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling successful delivery across complex change initiatives.

The position offers the opportunity to work across key European regulatory frameworks and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities: Requirements & Analysis Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through to validation Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows and data models Conduct gap analysis (as-is vs. target state) Ensure requirements align with regulatory obligations and business objectives Stakeholder Management Interface with business, product and technology teams across multiple workstreams Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder engagement and sign-off Identify, escalate and manage risks, issues and dependencies Delivery Support Support multiple programmes in parallel within a fast-paced environment Ensure requirements are delivery-ready, clearly defined and traceable Collaborate with development and QA teams Support UAT, defect management and resolution Governance & Control Maintain full traceability of requirements for audit readiness Contribute to RAID logs, decision tracking and programme governance frameworks Ensure adherence to best practice and regulatory standards Key Experience Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services Strong regulatory change experience, including: MiFID Solvency II (TPT/QRT) Dutch regulatory frameworks (FTK, MER, MESRAP, CCI) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong requirements gathering, data analysis and documentation skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities Desirable Experience Experience within asset servicing, custody or fund administration environments Exposure to data mapping and SQL Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors
