Regulated Markets Growth Lead

Build growth in financial markets where the rules actually matter.

We’re looking for a performance marketer who understands how to acquire customers for regulated financial products. You’ll own acquisition strategy across stocks, CFDs, prediction markets, and other financial products — knowing what we can say, where we can advertise, who we can target, and how to scale without creating regulatory or platform risk.

What you’ll do

• Own paid acquisition and performance marketing
• Develop compliant ad creative, messaging, and funnels
• Identify high-performing channels, audiences, and geographies
• Optimize CAC, conversion, retention, and LTV
• Work closely with compliance to navigate financial advertising rules

Ideal background

• Performance/growth marketing experience in fintech, brokerage, trading, CFDs, gaming, or other regulated industries
• Deep understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and emerging acquisition channels
• Strong understanding of financial advertising restrictions
• Highly analytical, creative, and execution-oriented
