The Role
As aRegistered NurseatYackandandahHealth, you'llprovide overnight clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 83-bed residential aged care home on a Casualbasis. Reporting to the Manager,you'llmanage resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications, and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative not-for-profit organisation that values quality care,teamworkand professional growth.

What you will do
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
- Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
- Provision of safe, high-quality carein accordance withthe Aged Care Quality Standards
- Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
- AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 2years' experienceas a Registered Nurse
- Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sectorStrong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
- NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
