Kemp by Lumia Care partners with rural and remote health services across Australia to support communities that rely on skilled Theatre Registered Nurses. We work closely with experienced nurses to secure flexible, rewarding regional contracts.

About the role

You’ll work in rural and remote theatre settings, where your clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork will make an immediate impact.

These roles may involve working across perioperative areas, including:

• Scrub/Scout
• Recovery (PACU)

You’ll support surgical teams in a variety of settings, including:

• Regional hospitals
• Multipurpose health facilities
• Smaller theatres requiring a broad skill set

Flexibility and confidence across multiple theatre areas are highly valued.

What’s On Offer

• Competitive agency rates: $67 – $80 per hour
• Paid travel & accommodation provided
• Flexible contracts: 4 weeks to 3 months, with extension opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Theatre nursing
• Experience in at least one of the following:
  • Scrub/Scout
  • Recovery (PACU)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Full Australian working rights
• A genuine interest in rural and regional healthcare
