Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse – Part - Time / Per Diem
Per Deim - Part-Time - Weekdays, Evenings, Nights and Weekends
Manchester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our collaborative, high-performing nursing team.

Position Responsibilities
The RN Charge Nurse provides direct resident care while leading and supporting the CNAs, LPNs, and nursing personnel assigned to the unit.
Responsibilities include:
Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
Supervising, mentoring, and holding nursing staff accountable
Monitoring residents and promptly responding to changes in condition
Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely
Ensuring complete and accurate clinical documentation
Coordinating care with providers, rehabilitation, and other departments
Supporting staff education and professional development
Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life
Contributing positively to a respectful, dependable, and team-oriented workplace
Qualifications
Only committed, dependable nurses who take pride in their work should apply.
Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
