Job Details:

• Salary of $89,276.00 plus 12% super (based on experience and current EBA)
• Up to 3 months' accommodation provided

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred nursing care across both acute and residential aged-care services.

This campus includes 3 acute inpatient beds, 12 residential aged-care beds and an urgent care service, providing a diverse clinical environment where no two shifts are necessarily the same.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients and residents across acute and aged-care settings
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care
• Managing a varied range of clinical presentations
• Monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition
• Medication administration and clinical documentation
• Working collaboratively with medical, allied health and support teams
• Supporting residents with complex and ongoing care needs
• Contributing to a positive patient and resident experience
• Working within your scope of practice and relevant clinical standards
• Participating in a rotating roster across all shifts, including weekends

To be eligible for this position you will have:

• Holds current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience in acute care, aged care or a combination of both
• Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
