Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Per Diem

We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for per diem work to support resident care at a senior living community.

Responsibilities Include

• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care
• Administering medications and performing skilled nursing assessments
• Providing treatments such as Foley catheter, PICC line, feeding tube management, and wound care
• Documenting skilled care activities accurately
• Proactively communicating with residents, families, staff, physicians, and external providers

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in Massachusetts
• At least two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
• Experience or interest in working with older adults
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with residents and team members
• Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases
