Job Description

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Monitor and assess resident health, administering medications and treatments as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice care.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort, promoting dignity and independence.
• Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters.
• Comply with regulatory and clinical standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards.

About the Candidate

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in an aged care setting is preferred, but not essential.
• 2025/2026 Influenza Vaccine Record
• Ideally with NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
• Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered)
