Registered Nurse – Night Shifts | Near Maitland
Full-Time | $51 – $63 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a medium-sized Residential Aged Care home located near Maitland.
This is a great opportunity to join a large and well-established Not-for-Profit provider in a fully compliant home with a clear and supportive leadership structure.
Facility Manager → Care Manager → Registered Nurses → Care Staff
The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse working permanent night shifts, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality clinical care throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality clinical care to residents overnight
- Completing clinical assessments and responding to changing resident needs
- Supporting medication management and clinical documentation
- Working collaboratively with care staff to ensure residents' needs are met
- Responding appropriately to clinical incidents and escalating concerns where required
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Supporting a safe, comfortable and positive environment for residents
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Previous experience within Residential Aged Care
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach
- The ability to work confidently and autonomously during night shifts
