Your core responsibilities

• Assisting medical doctors during dermatological and aesthetic procedures
• Providing hands‑on surgical assistance during outpatient interventions
• Performing and supporting advanced laser treatments using state‑of‑the‑art medical technology
• Preparing, operating, and maintaining medical devices and clinic equipment
• Delivering attentive, professional patient care before, during, and after treatments
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation, clinical hygiene, and stringent quality standards

What you bring to the role

• Completed qualification as a certified Registered Nurse / healthcare professional (no career changers)
• Permanent residency already established on Mallorca, including a valid NIE, Spanish social security number, and local address
• Good language proficiency in German, English, and Spanish to care for our international patient base
• Previous experience in outpatient surgery assistance and/or laser applications is an advantage, though not mandatory
• A structured, responsible, and calm approach to work, keeping an overview even during busy clinic hours

What you can expect
