Overview Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are looking to recruit Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Nurse Bank. Responsibilities Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care. Carry out all relevant forms of care.
Act in accordance with legal requirements, statutory rules relating to practice and all Cardstad and Vale University Local Health Board policies and procedures. Take responsibility for patients as delegated by the nurse‑in‑charge. Work collaboratively within the team, demonstrating the core values of the Board.
