Registered Behavior Technician – Behavior Technician

• Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Support development of communication, social, and self-help skills
• Collect and record session data
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Follow physical and safety requirements for each client
• Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Support families through meaningful, culturally responsive care

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience working with children, such as babysitting, tutoring, coaching, or teaching
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; F-1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
• Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination
• Current RBT certification is not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic
• Open to feedback and ongoing learning
• Adaptable when working with diverse families and communities
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
