Resource Label Group is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Vice President of Sales to lead and grow our presence within the Engineered Products group. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and supporting the execution of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong technical sales professional with proven leadership capabilities, bringing experience within durables, engineered products, precisions parts, and/or converting industries.

Additionally, the ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities. This position plays a key role in accelerating growth within the Engineered Products Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the region.
  • Provide visionary leadership to a team of sales consultants to motivate and drive a high- performance sales culture. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development for the team.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth
  • opportunities and ensure our company remains competitive within the industry.
  • Partner with senior leadership to set sales targets and quotas for the region.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Act as a point of escalation for major client concerns.
  • Implement and track robust sales performance metrics to ensure the region and team performance remains on-track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, alignment of goals, and effective resource utilization.
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget. Monitor expenses, track ROI on sales initiatives, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or industry related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive technical sales leadership experience within durables, engineered products, precision parts, or converting industries (printing and/or packaging backgrounds also considered), with a strong track record of leading a sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets in complex, technically demanding markets.
  • Hands-on familiarity with converting operations (e.g., slitting, laminating, die-cutting, or similar processes) highly desired, with an understanding of how converting capabilities translate into customer value and competitive differentiation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to drive revenue growth to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to various stakeholders.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
