Hiring Alert | Circle Business Head – Retail Leadership Locations: Chennai, India (Regional Responsibility: Tamil Nadu & Kerala) | Language Skills: Tamil CTC: Up to 70-80 LPA Overall** Experience: 15-20 Years We are hiring a seasoned business leader to drive growth, profitability, customer experience, and market expansion for a leading Premium Luxury Retail Brand. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end regional business operations, P&L ownership, market strategy, merchandising excellence, customer experience, and team leadership across a large retail network. Key Responsibilities • Own and drive regional P&L, business growth, profitability, and market share • Develop and execute region-specific business, marketing, and customer engagement strategies • Lead merchandising, visual merchandising, product planning, and customer experience initiatives • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition, and regional demand patterns to identify growth opportunities • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Design, Merchandising, and Customer Experience • Drive store expansion, new market penetration, and performance optimization across the region • Build strong relationships with key customers, franchise partners, and stakeholders • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing regional leadership teams while creating a strong succession pipeline Ideal Candidate Profile • 15-20 years of experience in Retail, Luxury Retail, Premium Consumer Brands, Lifestyle Retail, Non-Apparel Retail, Luxury Goods, Fashion, Beauty, Watches, Accessories, or similar customer-centric industries • Proven experience managing large-scale regional operations with full P&L accountability • Strong expertise in business strategy, merchandising, branding, customer experience, marketing, and retail operations • Demonstrated success in leading large teams and driving sustainable business growth • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and leadership skills • Postgraduate qualification preferred We are particularly interested in leaders who have successfully scaled regional businesses, built strong customer-centric cultures, and delivered exceptional growth within premium or luxury retail environments.
