Job Description

Institutional Outreach & Partnerships Identify, approach, and sign MoU agreements with engineering colleges, BCA/BSc colleges, polytechnics, and arts & science colleges within the assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and Career Development Cell (CDC) coordinators. Onboard small computer training institutes as Rooman hybrid delivery partners. Conduct seminars, workshops, and demo sessions on topics such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Skills. Represent Rooman at education fairs, college events, and institutional meetings. Student Enrollment & Revenue Drive student enrollments through institutional channels and achieve monthly targets. Coordinate with college partners for batch scheduling, student communication, and course delivery support. Track and report weekly pipeline activities including prospects contacted, meetings conducted, MoUs signed, and enrollments confirmed. Territory Management Maintain a live territory database of all mapped colleges and institutes, including visit and status tracking.

Build and nurture long-term institutional relationships for repeat batches and referrals. Submit weekly activity and progress reports to the reporting manager.
