This leadership role focuses on team oversight, strategic execution, and driving performance across sales and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and oversee regional sales and customer service teams Drive execution of sales strategy through leadership, coaching, and accountability Establish KPIs and processes to improve performance and customer experience Maintain involvement in key accounts and strategic opportunities Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Provide market insights on trends, competition, and customer needs Oversee pipeline management and forecasting Qualifications 10+ years of experience in cold chain, temperature-controlled packaging, or related industries Proven leadership experience managing sales teams Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or packaging solutions Experience in life sciences, pharma, or food/logistics environments preferred Demonstrated ability to drive results through teams Strong communication and leadership skills Highlights Player-coach leadership role with team ownership High visibility with senior leadership Opportunity to shape sales and customer experience functions Strong growth trajectory
