Mars Aluminum America is a sales company, representing a privately owned group of manufacturing companies with over 50 years of experience in diversified industrial activities, with a focus on aluminum extrusions/profiles and rolled/flat aluminum products. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
