Regional Sales Manager β Building Products (North West and Yorkshire Region) Are you currently working in field sales within the construction or building products sector β or managing key customer relationships within a merchant or manufacturer β and ready to step into a regional role with genuine career progression? I'm working with a well-established and highly respected manufacturer within the building products sector who are looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across this region. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for developing sales and strengthening relationships across the construction supply chain. Key responsibilities include: β Driving regional sales growth β Building relationships with housebuilders and groundworkers β Working closely with buildersβ and civils merchants β Supporting and developing stockist relationships β Managing customer activity through CRM systems β Collaborating with internal teams to maximise opportunities β Supporting brand growth across your territory β Contributing to regional sales strategy You may currently be: β A Field Sales Executive working for a manufacturer within building products β A Territory Sales Representative selling into merchants or housebuilders β An Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager within a buildersβ merchant Key experience and attributes: β¨ 2+ years sales or customer-facing experience within construction or building products β¨ Experience selling to merchants, housebuilders or contractors β¨ Strong relationship-building skills β¨ Commercial awareness and negotiation ability β¨ Ability to work independently and manage a territory β¨ Confident using CRM systems β¨ Highly motivated and career-driven β¨ Organised and results-focused The Opportunity This is an ideal role for someone ready to progress their field sales career or step into external sales from a customer-facing role within the construction sector.
