We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, venture-backed technology security company operating at the forefront of data security. Following a significant recent funding round, the business is entering a phase of accelerated growth across EMEA, with the UK as a key strategic market. The Role We’re looking for a high-performing RSD to drive new business across the UK & Nordic market.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own the entire deal process—from prospecting through to close—targeting mid-market and enterprise customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping the go-to-market motion in the region, working closely with leadership, marketing, and solutions engineering. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for the UK market Build relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP, Director) Lead complex, multi-threaded sales processes Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry engagements What We’re Looking For Proven track record of selling into enterprise organisations Strong new business hunting mindset Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Experience in cyber security sales is a must Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why Join?
