Regional Manufacturing Engineering Head

Key Responsibilities Upgradation of old plant facilities through standardization and brown field projects Conduct capacity studies & establish MOST norms to improve plant capacity utilization Develop and implement global industrialization standards Implement layout improvements and space-saving projects to optimize plant material flows and prepare for future expansions Work closely with Design function to prepare in advance plant manufacturing teams for new product technology adoptions Manage regional capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning, budgets, and resource allocation for equipment installation and facility upgrades. Lead automation and advanced manufacturing technology deployment projects across the regional plants. Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with global standards to ensure built in quality Develop regional manufacturing strategies meeting the customers expectations Experience- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with prior experience in a leadership or managerial capacity Qualification- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Skills- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, Kaizen, Karakuri, Lean principles, and capacity analysis, Strong ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams across different plants Specific Requirement- Capital expenditure (CAPEX) budget planning, Layout and green/brown field project execution, Tech savy, Automotive components industry exposure preferably with automotive lighting exposure
