Responsibilities Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region. Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth. Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills.

Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity. Qualifications Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions and make decisions under pressure.
