Regional Manager - Multifamily Housing Location: Nashville, TN (Regional Portfolio) Company: Brookside Properties Compensation: Starting at $125,000+ base salary (increase based on experience) Bonus: Corporate bonus + NOI performance bonus About The Opportunity Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio in the Nashville market . This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven operator who excels at driving NOI growth, occupancy, team performance, and operational excellence . This position offers the stability of a long-term, privately held owner/operator , paired with the autonomy and support needed to truly influence portfolio performance.
