Regional Building Control Manager – Vantage Building Control Ltd

Location: Hybrid – Kent (with additional offices in Suffolk and London).

Vantage Building Control is a registered building control approver with offices in Suffolk, London and Kent. We’re excited to expand our Kent team and are looking for a Regional Building Control Manager to lead our Building Control services.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a dynamic team and be a key player within the senior management team. The Regional Building Control Manager will contribute significantly to ensuring regulatory compliance and the profitable long‑term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver Building Regulations services efficiently and competently.
• Work with clients, construction workers and other professionals to ensure projects meet relevant legislation, regulations and associated standards.
• Report to the Managing Director and maintain the highest professional standards alongside colleagues.

Qualifications

• Accredited status through RICS, CABE or CIOB.
