The organisation works closely with healthcare professionals across the NHS and private healthcare sectors, providing specialist medical solutions designed to improve patient outcomes and access to care.

Our clients are looking to appoint a commercially driven Regional Account Manager to develop customer relationships and drive growth across an assigned territory. Role Overview Working across an assigned territory, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new and existing accounts, identifying commercial opportunities and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

You will work closely with clinical and commercial stakeholders across the NHS and private healthcare sectors, providing product, clinical and technical support while identifying opportunities to develop the territory and improve patient pathways. The portfolio includes hearing implants and you will be selling to surgeons, audiologists, nurses and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop an assigned territory, delivering agreed sales and growth targets.

Develop new accounts and maximise opportunities within existing customers. Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals. Identify new business opportunities and develop effective account plans.

Develop referral networks and identify opportunities to improve patient pathways. Provide product, clinical and technical support and training to customers. Support relevant procedures, customer events, exhibitions and product launches.

Monitor sales activity, market developments and competitor activity. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reporting. Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Share customer feedback and market intelligence to support wider commercial strategy. Identify emerging customer needs and opportunities for sustainable business growth. Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have: Experience in medical device, healthcare or B2B technical sales. A proven track record of achieving commercial targets.

Strong account management and business development skills. Experience working with NHS or healthcare organisations. Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, commercially driven and customer-focused approach. Experience in ENT, Audiology or medical devices would be advantageous. TPBN1_UKTJ
