Job Description
Salary : up to £24 Per Hour Pay : Door to door Hours : 40 hour week Overtime : Paid at x1.5 and Sundays at x2 Call Out : No call out Area : Yorkshire area Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and commission commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems (e.g., cold rooms, chillers, freezer systems, HVAC units). Carry out pipework installation, pressure testing, and leak detection. Install refrigerant and glycol lines, electrical connections, and control systems. Ensure compliance with F‑Gas, health and safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct system start‑ups, performance checks, and commissioning tests. Troubleshoot and resolve installation‑related technical issues. Liaise with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure timely completion of installations. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any modifications. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers or apprentices.
