Location: Tunbridge Wells

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Weekly 5-day rota (including weekends)
• Weekend-only positions also available
• Please note: Applicants must be able to work weekends as part of a rotating shift pattern

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 16:30
• Sunday: 09:00 - 16:00

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join our client based in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work with immediate starts available.

Duties include:

• Assisting members of the public at the household waste and recycling centre
• Sorting recyclable materials into the correct containers
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and tidy
• Providing excellent customer service and directing visitors where required
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• This is an active, outdoor role involving standing for long periods and some manual handling.

What we're looking for:

• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to carry out manual duties throughout the shift
• No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
