Core Values: H eart- Fiercely committed to the needs of our employees, communities, and customers O pportunity- Building fulfilling career paths, promoting from within, and offering training and educational opportunities W orld-Class- Aiming to be the BEST at what we do E thical- Striving to be transparent, fair, and ethical Pay & Benefits: Company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and uniforms are provided Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, and employee assistance programs 401k with company matching Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days Responsibilities: Plans and oversees multiple reconstruction projects from start to finish Manage projects during the remediation phase through the reconstruction phase Communicate daily schedule with customers, office, and technicians Schedule in-house labor, obtain bids from and coordinate sub-contractors, and track hours daily Track materials/equipment being used on the project Set a budget for restoration jobs and track to ensure profitability Collect progress payments and final payments from customers Qualifications: 5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in Restoration/Reconstruction Xactimate experience required Clean driving record Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.

Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner). Environmental Conditions: Project Managers may travel to a variety of worksites in a company vehicle. Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.
