Reconciliation Analyst

Job Title: Reconciliation Analyst Duration: 6 months, extensions likely Location: Manchester/Hybrid (four days per week in the office) Salary: £32,000 per annum Role Overview As a Reconciliation Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash and security reconciliations within our in‑house systems. You'll receive comprehensive training to help you excel in your role and meet agreed deadlines and standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct cash and security reconciliations in line with established procedures.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Maintain a strong awareness of risk and controls within the reconciliation process. Prepare and present reconciliation reports to management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis is a plus.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Any previous experience in risk management or control awareness is beneficial, but not essential. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
