Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

We're Hiring: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive | MyStree, Indiranagar, Bengaluru

MyStree is looking for a friendly and organised, full-time front desk executive to be the first face patients see at our Indiranagar clinic.

What you'll do:

• Be the friendly first face at our clinic
• Manage appointments and patient flow
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and online queries
• Support patient registration and basic records
• Support billing and payments
• Keep patient data safe and confidential

Must have:

• Must be located at a commutable distance from our Indiranagar clinic
• Available to join immediately
• Great communication and people skills, comfortable talking to a wide range of patients
• Well versed in English, with basic conversational Hindi and Kannada
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Can multitask and stay calm on busy days

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals or clinics
• Background in tech or digital tools
