Rebate Analyst

Job Overview: As a Rebate Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing rebates for various projects and clients. You will work closely with the project management and accounting teams to ensure that all rebates are accurately tracked, processed, and claimed in a timely manner. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze project contracts to identify any potential rebates or incentives - Work closely with project managers to ensure all rebate criteria are met and documented - Maintain accurate records of rebates and incentive programs for each project - Prepare and submit rebate claims to suppliers and other third-party entities - Monitor and track rebate payments to ensure timely receipt - Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with rebate payments - Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of rebate income - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in rebate programs - Provide regular reports and updates on rebate activity to management - Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 2+ years of experience in rebate analysis or a similar role - Strong understanding of rebate programs and processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
