Sales Manager Location Chennai Experience 3 โ€“ 12 Years Salary โ‚น4 โ€“ โ‚น6 LPA Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred Two-wheeler mandatory Working Hours 09:30 AM โ€“ 06:30 PM Working Days Monday to Sunday(Tuesday Week Off) Key Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Handle sales of Apartments and Plots. Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels. Conduct outbound sales calls and client meetings. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options. Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients. Convert leads into successful sales closures. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and WhatsApp. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and documentation.
