Job Description Job Description Real Estate developer/ investor/ broker is seeking a multi-talented individual to fill a part-time role of Business/Personal Assistant for Real Estate, Financial, Business and Personal matters. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, sharp and handle a wide range of responsibilities including real estate experience including transaction coordination, loan processing and light office management. (I also have an animal rescue ranch in Julian and always need help there if you're an animal lover!) Key Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination: Manage multiple escrows and coordinate real estate offers and loans. Property & Project Management: Handle light property management, coordinate with sub-contractors and work with lenders on acquisitions and refinances.

Administrative & Digital Support: Perform various clerical and personal assistant tasks. Light Bookkeeping and Financial Oversight, monitor accounts payable/bill pay/coordinate and oversee insurance renewals and utilities. Requirements : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks.

Previous experience with real estate transactions and loans. A Real Estate agent license is a big plus. 8-15 Hours per week Compensation: DOE Please reply with resume
