Real Estate Development - Senior Manager/Manager, Construction Project Management

Role The Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Construction Management manages all aspects of the construction of unique projects, partnering with internal and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Oversee finalization of drawings and complete build ensuring all details meet design. Plan effort and duration of each stage to meet schedule.

Secure and manage contractor budget at fair market value. Oversee General Contractor to validate build quality and ensure schedule and budget compliance. Qualifications Proven skills and education in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.

Dedication to quality and investment in results and new business opportunities that add value. Compensation $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus, and/or equity.
