Requirements: JD - law school graduate with a strong academic record. 2 to 6 years of relevant complex real estate experience at a top law firm or legal department. Excellent writing skills and significant experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate purchase and lease transactions. Superior communications and drafting skills.

Ability to focus on initiatives and pay attention to details. Has a client-centric approach. Admitted to practice law in CA.

Compensation & Benefits: $221,000 - $290,000, depending on experience among other factors. Benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision along with a 401(k) Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution. Eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
