About the Role

Role purpose Support the Deployment Lead in ensuring the organisation is ready for Day 2 by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks arising from the ERP deployment. Own the cross functional dependencies between workstreams, ensuring that business impacts are understood, risks are actively managed, and mitigation plans are implemented. Provide end to end oversight of deployment readiness, with particular focus on operational continuity, cutover execution, revenue assurance, and business stability throughout deployment and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central integration point across deployment workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies, impacts, and mitigation actions are visible, coordinated, and actively managed.
• Own the space between workstreams, identifying gaps, overlaps, conflicting priorities, and unresolved dependencies that could impact business operations.
• Assess the operational impact of programme decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, customer operations, finance, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Maintain a consolidated view of programme risks and business impacts, ensuring mitigation plans are defined, owned, tracked, and delivered.
• Drive cross functional alignment and decision making to resolve issues that could impact business readiness or operational continuity.
• Lead deployment readiness reviews, challenging assumptions and ensuring critical business risks are understood and addressed.
• Own governance and reporting for operational risks, dependencies, mitigation plans, and readiness activities.
• Oversee the Cutover workstream, ensuring cutover plans are aligned, risks are managed, and business impacts are minimised.
• Oversee the Revenue Assurance workstream, ensuring risks to order processing, billing, invoicing, collections, customer service, and revenue recognition are identified and mitigated.
• Support deployment and go live governance, ensuring rapid escalation and resolution of issues that threaten business operations.
• Coordinate post go live reviews and lessons learned, ensuring improvements are captured and adopted for future deployment waves.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in large scale ERP, SAP, or business transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of operational processes across supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, customer operations, and finance.
• Demonstrated experience managing programme risks, dependencies, business readiness assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Experience supporting cutover, deployment, or go live activities in complex global environments.
• Ability to assess how programme decisions impact day to day business operations and customer service.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior leaders and functional teams around risk mitigation actions.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in fast paced and high pressure deployment environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Advanced English.
