Reach Truck Driver - Minworth

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Sutton Coldfield (Minworth) area who are actively looking to recruit a Reach Truck Driver on a temporary basis.

Shifts:

• 2 shift pattern: 05:00-18:00 and 17:50-06:00
• Minimum 3 shifts a week
• Shift alignment will depend on site demands

What you will be doing:

• Operate a Reach truck to move and store confectionery stock safely and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to site protocols
• Work closely with warehouse teams to keep things moving
• Support wider warehouse tasks as needed

What you will need to succeed:

• Valid Reach FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• In-house licences are also accepted (must be in-date with valid accreditation)
• Experience operating FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is mandatory (6 months minimum)
• A team player with a good work ethic and flexibility
• A safety-first mindset and strong awareness of site processes
