RCM Infusion Specialist (AIC) — Remote (US Only) Company: Casa Health Type: Full-time | Remote (US-based candidates only) Role Overview We’re hiring an RCM Infusion Specialist with direct Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) experience to manage the end-to-end revenue cycle for infusion services. This is not a general RCM role — candidates must have hands-on AIC experience . What You’ll Do Handle prior authorizations for biologics & specialty infusions Perform benefits verification & eligibility checks Submit clean CMS-1500 claims Code infusion services (CPT 96365–96368, 96413–96417, J-codes) Manage denials, appeals, and resubmissions Ensure compliance with buy-and-bill vs. white/brown bagging Track authorizations and prevent revenue leakage Must-Have 3+ years of direct AIC (infusion center) RCM experience (mandatory) Strong expertise in: Infusion CPTs & J-codes Prior auths for biologics/immunotherapies Drug unit calculation & JW/JZ modifiers Experience with CMS-1500 billing Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid & commercial payers Nice to Have CPC / CCS certification Experience with WeInfuse, InfuseConnect, Epic, eCW, AdvancedMD Exposure to high-cost infusion drugs ($10K+) Knowledge of 340B program Success Metrics 95%+ clean claim rate Prior auth TAT Zero compliance issues Important If your experience is limited to hospital billing or general RCM , this role will not be a fit .
