Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to liaise with supply chain partners and internal teams to obtain quotes, calculate costs and submit accurate quotations. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of works, maintaining clear audit trails and effective communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and progress Work Orders daily through to completion in line with contractual SLAs.

Process all additional, recommended and out-of-scope works requiring client authorisation within agreed timeframes. Plan and coordinate Work Orders with supply chain, operations and commercial teams. Obtain quotes from supply chain partners and direct labour to prepare accurate cost submissions.

Submit quotations using agreed templates and contractual rates within SLA requirements. Maintain accurate and timely updates of Work Order progression within CAFM systems. Ensure a complete audit trail of scope, costs and completion documentation is recorded on CAFM systems.

Liaise with operations to raise orders, administer subcontractors and review schedules of rates to meet service needs and deadlines. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience of FM operations across Total Facilities Management. Confident stakeholder management with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, using initiative to make appropriate decisions. Flexible, adaptable and solutions-focused approach. Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised way of working.

Competent in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Maximo. Understanding of Work in Progress (WIP) and its management. Broad technical understanding of Facilities Management and asset management.

Awareness of fraud and commercial protocols. Knowledge of compliance requirements including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Environment. The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
