Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet specified standards. This role involves managing a team of quality control inspectors, documenting inspection outcomes, and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality. The Quality Supervisor must have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and develop team members.

They play an essential role in maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality products and services. Quality Supervisor Responsibilities degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in quality control or a related role.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
