Firetrace’s fire suppression systems keep people and equipment safe by automatically detecting and suppressing fires in high-risk equipment. Job Summary The Quality Manager oversees all aspects of the Firetrace integrated Quality Management System including quality planning, assurance, control, and improvement. In this role the quality manager will be responsible for partnering with all business functions, using a collaborative team focused approach to elevate the visibility and understanding of our QMS.

He/she will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all markets we operate and ensure that all third‑party certifications are maintained in good standing. This is a position as a working manager and as such this role is responsible for not only managing the quality team but also digs into tactical work to help get the job done. Implement and Maintain an Integrated Quality Management System that includes ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001, and ISO45001 Coordinate and lead ISO/AS and customer audits ensuring timely response and closeout of any findings Define and monitor quality KPIs using automation (Power query, Power Bi, etc) Lead the quarterly management review Implement a continuous improvement program driven by KPI and other data Maintain a compliant internal audit program Main point of contact for customer NCs and CARs Manages the RMA program and is the main point of contact for customers Leads contract and requirements review and completes compliance matrices where required Provides coaching and mentoring (including regular 1on1 meetings), internal and external training, and career development for the quality team Verify that staff training records are maintained Required Skills/Abilities Strong understanding of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001, and ISO45001 Experience with QMS implementation and continuous improvement Proficiency in audit management and regulatory compliance processes Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking using Power query and Power BI Ability to make decisions based on risk, balancing commercial and technical aspects.

Ability to simplify the complex and use automation wherever possible Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of education. Minimum of 7 years of experience in related quality roles, 10 years preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of quality management/leadership, 5 years preferred. Preferred Skills/Abilities Experience with integrating AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 quality systems ISO9001 and/or AS9100 certified lead auditor Not the right fit?
